Homemade Face Packs For Anti Aging

1-Egg Face Pack

Egg white contains anti-aging agents like omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, and zinc. It is also known to tighten the skin and making it firm and smooth.

You need following ingredients to make this magic face pack.

  • 1 egg white
  • Half teaspoon milk cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to use:

Mix all the ingredients. Apply the mixture all over your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water. You can apply this face pack twice a week.

2-Yogurt Face Pack

Yogurt contains lactic acid which is known for its anti-aging properties that may help keep your skin hydrated and fresh.

You will need:

  • 2 teaspoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • A pinch of turmeric

How to use:

Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and turmeric together. Apply this paste all over your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. Use this pack twice in a week to get best results.

3-Coconut Milk Face Pack

Coconut milk has antioxidant properties. Thus, it may help in treating wrinkles and fine lines.

You will need:

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • A cotton ball

How to use:

Soak the cotton ball in coconut milk and apply it all over your face. After 15-20 minutes, rinse it off with cool water. Apply this 2-3 times a week.

4-Banana Face Pack

Banana contains vitamins A, B, and E and is a rich source of zinc, potassium, and iron. Banana face packs moisturize your skin and keep it healthy and young.

You will need:

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut milk

How to use:

Mash the banana. Add the coconut milk and rose water to it, and mix well. Add honey in it and mix until you get a smooth paste. Apply this pack to your face and keep it on for 20 minutes. Rinse it off with cool water. Use this face pack once in a week.

5-Potato Juice Face Pack

Potatoes are rich in vitamin C, which is an antioxidant. It is rich in protein. It also brightens skin tone, It reduces inflamed acne. Potatoes have the ability to reduce the appearance of premature skin ageing. Potatoes may help in regenerating collagen in your skin, which may help in preventing loss of skin elasticity.

  • 1 small Potato
  • Cotton Ball

How to use:

Grate the potato and squeeze the juice out of it into a bowl. Soak a cotton ball in the potato juice and apply it all over your face. Leave the juice on your face for 15 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water.

6-Castor Oil

  • Few drops of castor oil

How to use:

Rub the oil between your fingers and massage it into your skin, from your neck to forehead. Leave it on for an hour before washing it off. USe 2-3 times a week. It is best to leave the oil on overnight

7-lemon Juice

Lemon is a good source of vitamin C, which is known for its great anti-aging. Its also helps improve skin tone.

  • Fresh lemon juice

How to use:

Take a few drops of pure lemon juice and apply it to the areas with dark patches, blemishes, and age spots. Rinse it off after 10-15 minutes. Apply once in a day.
